CAMPING, PARKING and WHAT TO BRING
Due to the rugged terrain of the Ranch, we are not going to be able to allow all of our
guests to have their car parked at their campsite.
We are offering an On-Ranch Car Parking Pass for every vehicle (not including RV's) to be
parked on the Ranch which will be available for $39.
Only a limited # of these $39 On-Ranch Car Parking Passes will be available. If you need to
have your car on site, we recommend purchasing an On-Ranch Car Parking Pass when you purchase
your 4-day Camping Pass. These car passes will sell out!
Any car that does not have a car pass purchased for it will be parked in one of our satellite
parking lots located outside of the Ranch. These satellite parking lots will be accessible only
by shuttle running from the Ranch at specified times each day.
Designated parking will be provided for those who have purchased a parking pass to park their
cars on site if we cannot accommodate your request to have your car parked at your campsite.
Those who have not purchased a parking pass will either be allowed to drive to their site to
unload or will have help in unloading provided to them in the form of a Ranch shuttle. These
Ranch shuttles will be available on a case by case basis depending on availability.
Sleeping in your car is permitted in the parking lots although ‘setting up camp’ in the parking
lots will not be permitted. No tents will be allowed in the parking lots, only cars. The $39
per car charge will apply to anyone planning to sleep in their car.
For those of you who will be pitching a tent, please plan ahead not to have your car parked at your site!
If you have any questions in regards to our parking policy, please email Phamily Reunion.
